Michelle Nazaroff

The first client I am going to showcase is myself. I will be honest and admit that I do not like my before photos and that is why I did something about it. It also proves that I too have had to put in hard work to get back onstage after I had my baby girl, Sierra. There is 5 months of hard work, persistency, commitment and dedication between my before photos and the comparison picture in the middle. One year of blood, sweat and tears between the before picture and the comp photo. I am living proof it can be done if the commitment and desire is there.

Catherine

The second transformation I am going to showcase is Catherine’s. I am so proud of what she has achieved in 1 short month. Catherine’s transformation is as a result of changing her diet to all nutrient dense live foods, and adding calories along with essential fats and carbohydrates.

Miss Tank

Miss Tank has been working with me since November 2009, and by “working”, I mean “WORKING”. With a nutrient rich diet, she has had the energy to train hard with both weight training and cardio in the leadup to her 2010 comp season. I am very excited about the package that Miss Tank will be bringing to the stage this year.

Shannon

I am so excited about the level of conditioning Shannon is achieving with a nutrient dense diet and hard work in the gym. Her back and shoulders are coming along beautifully and I cannot wait for Shannon to present herself onstage this year.

Jeh Newby

Our next transformation is Nazafit’s very own Jeh Newby leading by example. For Jeh’s comp prep we have bumped the calories right up, including lots of good fats. The differences in a month I think you will all agree are outstanding.

Rebecca

Rebecca came to me for an eating plan to help her get back to her pre comp condition. Rebecca had an Inflammed burser in left hip, which can be become worse with too much cardio. Anything faster than a moderate pace seems to aggravate it so she was unable to train or do cardio. Even with this challenge, Rebecca’s determination to taking back control and improving her physique was so strong, this transformation so far has been done with diet alone. I want to showcase her to show that if people have an injury or medical problem they can get massive change with diet alone. Rebecca now feels on top of the world.

Rebecca has been on our plans for 16 weeks but again no cardio or weight training has been done. We have been focusing on lifting her nutrient profile and regenerating her from a cellular level. Cardio is now able to be brought in and we expect some great results over the next 8 weeks. Watch this space!!
