Merry Christmas Everyone
I just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and New Year.
Enjoy a rest and get ready for a big year in 2010. Lets see how great we can shape our bodies and feel how amazing it is to be energized, really healthy and vibrant
My husband David comes home on Monday and we have 2 weeks of family time which will be great for us especially our little girl Sierra Skye.
From January 4th I will be back on deck working and I will have some great additions to my services so keep an eye out on my website.
I have a great workmate to introduce to you all in the New Year, she is going to be a huge help and is as passionate as me in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. So if you need guidance with your training or nutrition don’t hesitate to contact us.
I also have a new client from Dubai who I will be getting ready for the Arnold Classic. She has just been accepted to compete in the figure division which is very exciting and being an INBA Olympia champion already I am sure she will do well. She is the first woman to compete from the UAE and our mission is to grow womens bodybuilding in Dubai. So exciting times ahead for Nazafit. I will keep you all posted on how it all goes and our progress.

Hi Michelle,
I’m sure you will have a fanatastic, happy funfilled Christmas Day, our kids are counting down the days and getting very excited! Nutrition been ok but decided just to go with it, train have the odd treat then Dec 26th back onto plan 100%.
