Hello to everyone,

It has been an extremely trying week for me as I have had one bad thing happen after another. So I must admit I will be glad to see the end of it. I do want to say a big thank you to my dear friends for being so supportive.

I do have some good news though Jeh and Cat’s progress shots have been added to the transformation page and they are both looking great.

Here is to a great week coming and I hope you are all well and happy.

Hi everyone!!

Well there has been lots of planning and plotting going on in the Nazafit office! Jehanne and I are heading over to the beautiful Gold Coast in a few weeks to work with our QLD Nazafit Fitness Figure girls and put them through their paces with posing, training and cardio.

We are really excited about coming over and seeing all the hard work the girls have been putting in first hand, and we will really be focusing on techniques which have them looking graceful on stage and ensuring they present themselves and their physiques in the best possible way. I have many years of experience and have been coached with my posing by some of the best in the sport, including Nicole Pratt , Andrew and Jane Ivey, Lorretta McMillan just to name a few. I believe presentation can make or break a placing.

Although this trip is mostly for Nazafit clients, it has been suggested that perhaps other girls in Qld might benefit from my experience and passion with competing. Because of this suggestion, I am going to ask that if you are interested in catching up with myself and Jeh while we are in QLD for a one on one posing analysis and coaching session please let me know via the form below for more details and pricing.

My mission is to educate, motivate and inspire my clients and these road trips are all just part of the Nazafit competition service. Our aim is to visit all of our figure clients Australia wide before there shows to ensure we present all our clients with Strength, Grace and Vitality
