Michelle’s Cardio Antics
Hi there,
As you all know I have a little pocket rocket 2 year old named Sierra. She knows it is competition prep time as we have started our cardio antics again. I like to include Sierra as much as possible so now we have moved to 10 acres in Baldivis I have had to invent some new ways to do cardio with her.
What we are doing every morning at the moment is I put her in a mountain hiking back pack and I hike up a steep hill which takes me 15 minutes to get to the top. We do this 4 times to make up an hour and I have to say it is gruelling as Sierra ways just shy of 20kg. She is so tall for her age and as she loves having a sip of my Protein Shakes and eating her gummies she is bigger than the average 2 year old.
The next thing we are doing is I have a bike set up in my office and Sierra is set up on the floor with all her paper and pens. I ride my bike while checking emails and Sierra draws me a master piece.
Lastly we have a great trampoline outside and I have taken to jumping on this with Sierra for 30 minutes at a time. It is great cardio and there is no pressure on my joints. We have set songs we sing while we jump and run around the trampoline and we have set patterns that we follow. It is such a funny site to see and I must say I am glad no one can see us as the average person would be baffled.
So these are just a couple of things I am doing with this comp prep and it is a great way to include your little one in the whole process. Sierra wakes up every morning and says is it time for cardio mum. What a great start to life she is having and at 2 she is already living the health and fitness lifestyle. Imagine what she is going to be like at 21.

Nazafit Fitness Figure
Hi there,
Just wanted to share with you all a couple of pics from the first Nazafit Fitness Figure Posing workshop. The Nazafit team is 13 weeks out from their first show and everyone is looking really great this far out.
All the girls are feeling on top of the world and getting stronger in the gym and they all look a picture of health. This is due to their comp diets being extremely nutrient dense and balanced. Here at Nazafit we believe you need to eat massive amounts of nutrients to get lean which will enable us to train hard and continue to get stronger all the way through to the show.

Miss Tank Transformation Update

Transformation number 5
Good morning everyone I hope you are having a wonderful week so far.
We have just posted some progress shots of Nazafit’s very own Jeh Newby as we wanted to show you all what preparing for a figure comp on a high number of nutrient dense calories can do for you. I think there are so many girls out there frightened to eat and they drop their calories way to low. What all the girls out there need to understand is that you have to eat to get lean as the body requires a huge amount of nutrition when preparing for a show.
Jeh is getting stronger and stronger each week and has been performing PB’s in all exercises. She is growing great quality muscle as you will see in her photos all the while she is slowly chipping away at her body fat. Jeh’s skin and hair is shiny and vibrant and she is feeling fantastic. Jeh follows a very basic supplementation plan as we believe in getting the majority of our nutrition through whole foods and whole food supplementation.
If anyone would like to know more information about how we prepare or what wholefood supplements we use please don’t hesitate to contact us as we are passionate about spreading the message of getting fit from within and we want everyone to become a living testament of health and vitality.
