Michelle’s Cardio Antics

Hi there,

As you all know I have a little pocket rocket 2 year old named Sierra. She knows it is competition prep time as we have started our cardio antics again. I like to include Sierra as much as possible so now we have moved to 10 acres in Baldivis I have had to invent some new ways to do cardio with her.

What we are doing every morning at the moment is I put her in a mountain hiking back pack and I hike up a steep hill which takes me 15 minutes to get to the top. We do this 4 times to make up an hour and I have to say it is gruelling as Sierra ways just shy of 20kg. She is so tall for her age and as she loves having a sip of my Protein Shakes and eating her gummies she is bigger than the average 2 year old.  

The next thing we are doing is I have a bike set up in my office and Sierra is set up on the floor with all her paper and pens. I ride my bike while checking emails and Sierra draws me a master piece.

Lastly we have a great trampoline outside and I have taken to jumping on this with Sierra for 30 minutes at a time. It is great cardio and there is no pressure on my joints. We have set songs we sing while we jump and run around the trampoline and we have set patterns that we follow. It is such a funny site to see and I must say I am glad no one can see us as the average person would be baffled.  

So these are just a couple of things I am doing with this comp prep and it is a great way to include your little one in the whole process. Sierra wakes up every morning and says is it time for cardio mum. What a great start to life she is having and at 2 she is already living the health and fitness lifestyle. Imagine what she is going to be like at 21.

Nazafit Fitness Figure

Hi there,

Just wanted to share with you all a couple of pics from the first Nazafit Fitness Figure Posing workshop. The Nazafit team is 13 weeks out from their first show and everyone is looking really great this far out.

 All the girls are feeling on top of the world and getting stronger in the gym and they all look a picture of health. This is due to their comp diets being extremely nutrient dense and balanced. Here at Nazafit we believe you need to eat massive amounts of nutrients to get lean which will enable us to train hard and continue to get stronger all the way through to the show.

Miss Tank Transformation Update

Transformation number 5

Good morning everyone I hope you are having a wonderful week so far.

We have just posted some progress shots of Nazafit’s very own Jeh Newby as we wanted to show you all what preparing for a figure comp on a high number of nutrient dense calories can do for you. I think there are so many girls out there frightened to eat and they drop their calories way to low. What all the girls out there need to understand is that you have to eat to get lean as the body requires a huge amount of nutrition when preparing for a show.

Jeh is getting stronger and stronger each week and has been performing PB’s in all exercises. She is growing great quality muscle as you will see in her photos all the while she is slowly chipping away at her body fat. Jeh’s skin and hair is shiny and vibrant and she is feeling fantastic. Jeh follows a very basic supplementation plan as we believe in getting the majority of our nutrition through whole foods and whole food supplementation.

If anyone would like to know more information about how we prepare or what wholefood supplements we use please don’t hesitate to contact us as we are passionate about spreading the message of getting fit from within and we want everyone to become a living testament of health and vitality.

We have posted another transformation in the making, Shannon Condolen. Wow in a short couple of months Shannon is making huge changes to her physique with her Nazafit weight training program and nutritional program. I am sure you will all agree the changes are fantastic.

Shannon has been a pleasure to work with and I am so excited to see the end result on the figure stage in the coming months.

Transformation Number 3

Hi there everyone,

I hope you all had a lovely weekend and you are back into training and eating well this new week.

We have just posted another transformation which is in it’s early stages. I would like to introduce to you all Miss Tank and I am sure most of you all know her already.

Miss Tank is a bodybuilder coming back to the stage after a few years off. I am privileged to be working with her as her energy and work ethic is second to none. The photos you are going to see are from only 10 weeks of a Nazafit off season eating plan. We have only just started our official comp prep now so I am very excited to see what Miss Tank will bring to the stage. We will keep you updated with her progress.

Competition prep for Jehanne and myself is in full swing and we are very happy with the changes we are making already. The remaining Nazafit Figure team is about to step up there comp prep 1st of February and we are very excited to see what condition we can bring all the girls in. We are focusing on the nutrient profile of each eating plan to ensure we continue to get growth whilst leaning down very slowly and to ensure each girl is a living testament of health and vitality. We will show those sceptics out there that this is a healthy sport if done slowly and correctly.

 We are very excited to announce that we have the amazing Nicole Pratt preparing all the routines so this will be a treat for the specatators I am sure. Nicole is renowned for her amazing routines and her stage presence will be remembered well by all those who have been lucky enough to see her on stage.

Transformations added to Website

Hello to everyone and I hope you have all had a fantastic day.

I just want to let you all know that my web site has been updated with a transformations page. Here I will be show casing some amazing journeys where women are transforming their bodies from a cellular level and the creation of amazing physiques is just a bi product.

As I believe you must walk the talk and practise what you preach I thought my transformation had better be the first one off the rank followed by one of my amazing clients who is making such amazing changes before my eyes in such a short time I can’t tell you how impressed I am.

I want to give you a little back ground into the images you are going to see because I think they are going to shock a few of you. I tell you they shocked me and it has taken Rae Cattach and Catherine Gallo to assure me they needed to be shown.

My before shots are  months after my baby girl Sierra was born. I was having huge amounts of trouble getting my baby weight off like so many women. I tried and tried but kept doing the common thing of saying oh well I can start tomorrow and tomorrow was not happening. So I asked my husband to take some photos of me so I could really see where I was at and to create some pain and see if this would motivate me to get back to my former self. When I looked at these images I did not recognise myself. This is what I needed so on that day I decided to get out of my comfort zone again, set myself some serious goals and put myself in another bodybuilding show.

This was the best thing I could have ever done as it made me focus, it made me passionate and it made me draw on all my knowledge of nutrition and training and develop a regime that would not only rebuild my body to peak condition but be good enough to cut it with the amazing NABBA/WFF figure girls.

I really hope that by sharing these images it makes you all realise you can achieve anything with your body if you nourish it properly first and foremost and be consistent with your plan and know you will eventually get there if you want it bad enough.

The 2nd transformation is just a snippet on what this woman is going to achieve. Catherine has made a huge change in just 1 month. Catherine has increased her nutrient rich calories, incorporated macro nutrients that she had completely dropped out and included Juice Plus to her supplement regime. I designed Catherine’s plan specifically for her and her lifestyle and I am so happy with the results so far. We will see Catherine’s progress here every month so stay tuned.
